Fees & Payment

I am an in network provider of Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL (and BCBS plans) PPO, Lyra, Medicare, Modern Health, TriCare West, United Behavioral Health (Optum UBH), and CIGNA (Evernorth).

You are responsible to know your insurance benefits and to pay what your insurance requires at the time of service (e.g., deductible, coinsurance or copay). Please call your insurance Customer Service or go to your insurance website or portal to determine your benefits for outpatient mental health services.

Out of network benefits may be available per your insurance.

Self-pay is accepted (non-Medicare).

First Intake Session $190 Following 45-55 mins sessions $165

M/Th Warrenville 12pm-5pm

T/W/F Warrenville 9am-5pm

M/Sat Sugar Grove 8am-12pm

Sessions are usually 45-55 minutes.

Services: I provide counseling through telehealth and in person. SimplePractice platform is a HIPAA secure means to have sessions over video. You must be in private, secure location in Illinois. Teleheatlth is not an appropriate for all clients or presenting concerns. Insurances have approved services through telehealth to allow for continuity of care and safety for all. You can go to your insurance website for more information. Please contact me if you have any questions.
